1.准备好的材料:秋葵提前绰水

2.把火腿肠切成小条,绰过的秋葵也切成小条状

里面的配料自己调整,比如蔬菜最好用黄瓜,我是家里没有,冰冻室里正好有秋葵,所以就用了它!
